Innoheart®It is indicated for the treatment of heart conditions that occur with pulmonary arterial hypertension. Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors are used by veterinary cardiologists for congestive heart failure, in cats and dogs with secondary congestive heart failure, both in dilated cardiomyopathy and myxomatous mitral valve disease.
One tablet for every 10 kg of weight every 12 hours. Equivalent to 0.5 mg/kg of body weight of Enalapril, 1 mg/kg of body weight of Sildenafil, every 12 hours. According to the clinical case and at the discretion of the treating Veterinarian.
